About Our Location

Our London office is located in the heart of the city, easily accessible by public transport. We're a short walk from Holborn and Covent Garden stations.

While we're based in London, we work with organisations across the United Kingdom and can deliver training at your location or virtually. Many of our programmes are now delivered remotely, making geography less of a constraint.

Finding Us

If visiting our office, the nearest Underground stations are:

  • Holborn (Central and Piccadilly lines) – 5 minute walk
  • Covent Garden (Piccadilly line) – 7 minute walk
  • Temple (Circle and District lines) – 8 minute walk

Several bus routes serve Kingsway, including the 1, 59, 68, 91, 168, 188, and X68.

Please note that parking in central London is limited and expensive. We strongly recommend using public transport.

Whatever feels relevant. At minimum, it's helpful to know what challenge you're trying to address, who the training is for, and any timeframe you're working within. Don't worry about having everything figured out—that's what our initial conversation is for.

No, initial consultations are complimentary. We view them as an opportunity for both parties to assess fit. We only charge for formal proposals on complex projects that require significant research and design work upfront.

It depends on our current commitments and the nature of the request. For existing programme delivery, we can sometimes respond within a few weeks. Custom programme design typically requires 6-8 weeks minimum. Contact us to discuss your specific timeline.

Most of our work is UK-based, but we have delivered programmes internationally, particularly for UK organisations with overseas operations. Virtual delivery makes geographic distance much less of a barrier. We're open to discussing international projects.

Absolutely. While many initial conversations happen virtually for convenience, we're happy to meet in person if you prefer. Just let us know when you contact us, and we'll arrange a suitable time.

That's completely normal. Many clients approach us with a challenge rather than a solution in mind. Part of our value is helping diagnose the real issue and recommending appropriate interventions. Sometimes training is the answer; sometimes it's not.

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. For projects requiring it, we're happy to sign non-disclosure agreements before detailed discussions. Our standard practice is to never discuss one client's specific situation with another.

Yes, we can arrange conversations with past clients who have agreed to serve as references. We typically wait until we've had an initial discussion and you're seriously considering working with us, as we're mindful of not overburdening our clients with reference requests.
